Meeting Reflection#1

 

Meetings can be either very useful and problem solving or useless depending on your preparation and the material provided while choosing the right meeting participants

Meetings rely on the good timing of the meeting the full attendance and the agenda should be containing all the material that should be discussed in the meeting and be clear and easily understood.

About our meeting I was one of the attendees and I’ve participated in the discussion which I’ve added some great ideas and helped solving some of the issues we’ve got in the meeting about our meeting it went smoothly with the chair doing a good job making sure that everyone shared his ideas with us and making sure that we’ve went through all of the agenda topics. Overall we’ve done a good job for our meeting but we’ve could’ve had more ideas if we had the meeting topic before having it in enough time. As for me I’ve learned many things in the meeting which will help me a lot when I organize my own meetings in the future as a manager.
